The court has reviewed the proposed documents and feel some additional testimony will be necessary at the hearing.  I need to know the name of your wife's first husband and the dates of their marriage.  I will need to know the date of death for Kelly Smith.  I would like to confirm that Kelly had no children, correct?  Once you provide this, I can update the proposed documents and then request a hearing again.
